Custom Orders All orders are custom and handmade to order. Full payment is required before production begins. Once payment is received, we will contact you to confirm your order details. Production time is typically 1–2 weeks.

Pricing Prices vary by size and design. Final pricing will be confirmed with you before production begins. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time.

Payments We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.

Shipping Orders are shipped after production is complete. Shipping times vary by location. SassyCraftsAZ is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Returns & Refunds All sales are final on custom orders. Returns are only accepted if the item is returned in its original, unused, and undamaged condition within 14 days of delivery. Please see our full Refund Policy for details.

Intellectual Property All photos and designs on this site belong to SassyCraftsAZ and may not be used without permission.
